Melbourne

And I'm back! What a week. Melbourne was sunny and so were the people. You can't complain when business meetings are conducted in the sunshine over a glass of wine. I did a lot of walking around between campuses, so had a chance to appraise the layout of the city. Aside from being slighly unnerved by hovering crows, walking around Melbourne was incredibly pleasant. Town planning gone right. I've been very inspired by Melbourne's mass of public art and am plotting to add some character to my own backyard with bunting and other decoration. I also indulged in the cupcake mania that seems to have swept through Melbourne, visting one of the many cupcake specialty shops around. Pistachio is a great flavour.
