Moroccan Preserved Lemons


My mother-in-law recently asked for a bunch of lemons from my tree, and a couple of weeks later I was returned this jar of preserved lemons. The recipe can be found here. I’m really looking forward to making some Moroccan dishes with these and olives and paprika and maybe some fish or chicken. If only I had a tagine.

  1. I did an early taste test last night in a lamb moroccan casserole with capsicum, tomato, chickpeas, cumin, garlic and paprika and it was indeed yum.
